These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the jp9w platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing jp9w you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

jp9w is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at withdrawal. Accounts found to be underage will be suspended and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable licence conditions.
Each player may hold only one active jp9w account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts will be voided. If you have registered multiple accounts in error, contact support immediately.
jp9w bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry windows. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting software errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
jp9w reserves the right to request identity verification documents (NRIC, passport, or equivalent) prior to processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to complete verification within the prescribed timeframe may result in withdrawal holds pending document receipt.
The jp9w platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or collusion. Automated betting tools, bots, or scripts are prohibited. jp9w reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is detected, with or without prior notice.
jp9w is committed to responsible gaming. Players must not use jp9w as a source of income or to recover losses. Deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools are available to all members from the account settings panel. Persistent problem gambling behaviour may result in mandatory limits being applied.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the jp9w Platform, registering an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jp9w's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the jp9w Platform immediately and close your Account by contacting support.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jp9w. jp9w recommends that you download or print a copy of these Terms & Conditions for your records at the time of registration.
By completing the jp9w registration process and clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on jp9w, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
3.2 jp9w reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time, including at the point of registration, at withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within 72 hours of request may result in Account suspension.
4.1 Each Member is entitled to register only one Account on jp9w. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different identities, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jp9w login credentials. jp9w shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security. You must notify jp9w support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
4.3 All information provided during the jp9w registration process must be accurate, current, and complete. jp9w reserves the right to suspend any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
4.4 jp9w Account profiles may not be transferred to, sold to, or shared with any third party under any circumstances.
5.1 All Account transactions on jp9w are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the jp9w payments page within your Account settings and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 jp9w supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability is subject to change and may vary based on your account verification status.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your jp9w Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. jp9w is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, bank, or eWallet provider.
5.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your jp9w Account, or to a verified bank account in your registered name. jp9w will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.5 jp9w reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to verification status and volume.
5.6 jp9w does not charge Members transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment processors or banks are not within jp9w's control and are the responsibility of the Member.
6.1 All Wagers placed on jp9w are final once confirmed. jp9w does not accept requests to void, amend, or reverse confirmed Wagers except where an error in odds or game rules is identified by jp9w at its sole discretion.
6.2 jp9w reserves the right to void Wagers placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on events where the result was already known at the time of placement. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account balance.
6.3 Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on jp9w. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted without prior notice.
6.4 Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice. jp9w is not liable for the loss of potential winnings resulting from market suspension during live events.
6.5 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a Wager, jp9w will use game server logs to determine the correct outcome. jp9w's determination of the game result in such circumstances is final and binding.
7.1 Bonuses and promotional offers available on jp9w are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions while bonus is active, and expiry periods.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
7.3 jp9w reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a Member has satisfied the wagering requirements, the remaining Bonus Funds will be removed and any winnings derived from those funds forfeited.
7.4 Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion between Members, is strictly prohibited. jp9w reserves the right to void all associated bets and close all associated accounts in such circumstances.
7.5 jp9w's decision in all bonus-related disputes is final. Members who disagree with a bonus decision may submit a formal complaint through the jp9w support channel.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jp9w Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:
8.2 jp9w cooperates with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected prohibited activities. jp9w may freeze Account funds pending the outcome of any investigation without prior notice to the Account holder.
9.1 All content on the jp9w Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game content, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of jp9w or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jp9w Platform for personal gaming purposes only. No Member may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written authorisation from jp9w.
10.1 jp9w provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jp9w excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions whether express or implied, relating to the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
10.2 jp9w shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to platform downtime, network failure, or technical errors.
10.3 jp9w's maximum aggregate liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. jp9w does not guarantee that any Member will win any Wager. All gaming outcomes on jp9w are determined by chance or real-world events and jp9w accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay.
11.1 jp9w collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on jp9w, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 jp9w implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and stores personal data on secured servers. jp9w does not sell Member personal data to third parties.
11.3 jp9w may disclose Member data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or as necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.
12.1 jp9w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where jp9w determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has breached these Terms & Conditions or where closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
12.2 Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting the jp9w support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at closure (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method.
12.3 Accounts subject to active investigations, unresolved withdrawal requests, or AML reviews may not be eligible for immediate closure pending resolution.
13.1 jp9w reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the jp9w Platform with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice where operationally practicable.
13.2 Continued use of the jp9w Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp9w holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
14.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
